What is ABA?
Applied behavior analysis is a type of interpersonal therapy in which a child works with a practitioner one-on-one. The goal of applied behavior analysis is to improve behavior and skills by using interventions that are based on principles of learning theory.
How can ABA help my child?
Increasing their social abilities like completing tasks, communicating, and learning new skills
Implementing maintenance behaviors like self-control and self-regulation
Teaching them to transfer learned behaviors to new environments
Modifying the learning environment to help them reach their goals
Where do you provide services?
We provide services anywhere maladaptive behaviors occur! Our team typically works in: Homes, schools, and community settings (parks, libraries, etc).
What is the process to get ABA services?
- Fill out our intake form, we will request basic demographic information from the parent and client who will recieve service.
- Our team will contact you within 3 business days to give you a status update.
- We begin the authorization process, we will evaluate your refferal for ABA services from a Physcian, diagnostic information and get authorization based on your current insurance benefits.
- Once we recieve authorization from your insurance, our team will start an assessment process so that you can get ABA services. During our assessment, we will evaluate skill deficits and problem behaviors while we address any areas of concern you have!
- The assessment is then submitted to your insurance provider and once approved, we begin services!
